My suggestion is that NOW much larger high pixel count sensors LIKE the Lumia 1020's was can be designed NOW for much better performance and put into iPhones NOW! Not in 10 years time after you have all forked out for an inferior product. Better for everyone who cares about the quality of what they do. You'd have a nice rounded back with the lenses in the middle with your 6" screen, and with the lenses in the middle youd be able to hold it properly with two hands, great for video. Since instead of the DSLR and mirrorless bricks we lug around, many people could have three lenses on 40 MP1" sensors in the middle of a phone you can put in your pants pocket. You have imagine still being on a P4 Pentium instead of a quad-core i7 to appreciate just how much in certain respects they have held back the industry, Must be the apps and they are all nice and shiny, I dunno! It is tragic they sell so many iPhones as the cameras are substandard and obsolete still, IMHO. The 1020, as the 808 (jpeg only Nokia Symbian OS) have a 38 (4:3) or 34 (16:9) Mp sensors which is what Apple should have been already aiming to better years ago. To update to iOS (or iPadOS) 14.3, head to Settings > General > Software Update.Īnd please note these are genuine resolutions, not fake quad bayer. the pro way.įeaturing ProRAW, ProRAW+, a new super-quick format picker and ProRAW capture options to help you manage quality and file size - and more.
